FORCERA Materials Corporation, Limited (FORCERA) was established in September 1997 with an operation target of providing complete service to Taiwan semiconductor industry. Ever since its establishment, FORCERA has engaged in high purity consumable spare parts which focus on the front-end process of semiconductor. During this time, we took root in Taiwan by strategic alliance and technological transfer from leading factories in the world. With the growth of the company and the business reputation gained in all domestic major wafer foundries, we continually expand the business to Greater China and worldwide. With the existing business network and global strategic alliance, FORCERA endeavors to provide a high-quality product supply chain and customer service system. Moreover, as the production line expands, FORCERA also penetrated into the TFT-LCD and LED industries.
In conformity with Greater China area and international market rising demand, FORCERA expanded its machining factory to an all new complex plant. FORCERA’s new factory is mainly a complex type of advanced factory which has an automatic machining production line to provide consumable spare parts. The machining materials include Ceramic, Quartz, Silicon etc., and its scale and production are the first in Asia.
Leading position in Ceramic Material Industry
FORCERA also integrated the forming (Cold Iso-static Press), sintering and automatic machining (Hard machining) line of ceramic raw materials (SICALOX @ 998). The materials cover seven generations of Optoelectronics products which require size of 1.5 meters. The ability to produce large-sized ceramic and ram up to mass production make FORCERA a leading provider in the global Ceramic material industry. The material produced by Forcera is certified as the first class material by Shiva, a famous laboratory in U.S.A., and it signifies a new milestone for local ceramic material industry in Taiwan.
All the procedures and work stations inside the new factory are all ISO-authenticated, with cleanness as the basic requirement. All the procedures, including manufacturing, quality checking, and packaging are all performed under clean room environment in order to match the high-level requirement of the industry. FORCERA also establishes quality and product tracking system to guarantee customers’ rights and interests. Meanwhile, FORCERA set up a Standard Operation Process (SOP) and In-Process Inspection system to make sure the stability of products produced.

When the new factory of FORCERA came into operation , it symbolizes not only an important milestone for high-purity spare parts manufacture in Taiwan, but also local spare parts mass production for semiconductor industries in Taiwan and Asia Pacific.
